Nice hotel. Room was as per pictures and was clean. The size was quite big compared to kther APA. They had a really good system to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out. Staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. One couldn't speak English and kindly used a translation app to communicate with us. Laundromat discount available if you stay at the hotel.

A short walk from the station (10 mins). Close to restaurants. It’s an old style hotel, but everything worked the way it should. The bathroom had a bath and it was possible to have a stand up shower ( not always a given in Japan). The rooms are compact, so there is no space for large suitcases, so if you have a lot of luggage you will struggle.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. They provided all of the amenities we needed. A short walk from the station or there is also a huge parking lot across the road if you drive. The staff was very nice.

All you can expect from an APA hotel, in a good way of course. It was a last minute booking but I was still able to get it for a great price. Heated toilet seats are a godsend during the snowy times.

Location is around 5mins walk from station. Everything is available in the hotel like washing, drying and ironing. Staff is super friendly. Its value for money and also includes large LED TV. It was convenient to stay at this hotel with family.

The staff were very friendly. It was clean everywhere. There was a working TV in the room. The WiFi worked perfectly. They provided toiletries and the shower was hot. The location was great, it was a short walk to the train/bus station, shops and restaurants.

Nice hotel near the railway station. Short Walking distance to the temple . Quiet room . Very clean with amenities in the bathroom. I am not complaining about the size as we all know in Japan the rooms are on the smaller side .

Comfy bed. Beautiful lobby in an otherwise ugly town. Ski shuttle bus leaves from the front door. APA hotel’s standard amenities. A supermarket across the street.

Conveniently located near Nagano Station. The room comfortably fit 2 people. I loved the Japanese breakfast. I would recommend this.
